Export Document Ready
Most Philippine suppliers make great products but don't know where to start with export paperwork. We sort that out before you go live on the platform.
What we cover
- 01Business registration check. We verify your DTI or SEC registration and BIR tax records are current and match your listing.
- 02Phytosanitary certificates. Required for food, agriculture, and plant-based products. We guide you through the Bureau of Plant Industry application.
- 03Certificate of origin. Needed for customs clearance in the buyer's country and for preferential tariff rates under trade agreements.
- 04FDA clearance. If you're exporting food, cosmetics, or health products, you need Philippine FDA registration. We walk you through the process.
- 05Customs paperwork. Commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading. We give you templates and check everything before your first shipment.
Why this matters
International buyers won't order from you if your paperwork isn't right. Shipments get held at customs, goods get rejected, and you lose the buyer. Getting your documents sorted upfront means your first order actually arrives.
